We are based in Surrey, British Columbia (Canada) and we ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary on location and are calculated at check out accordingly.
Local clients can select the "Local pickup" option at checkout. You will receive an email with the exact studio location which will allow you to schedule your pick up date and time. Availability is Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm and you must schedule your time in advance. Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
Products listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship. Shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. All orders come with a tracking number and expected delivery date. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the parcel is processed by the courier.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our courier company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Therefore, we recommend confirming your purchase well in advance of your event to ensure a timely delivery. Should you provide an incorrect address during purchase we are not responsible for the contents of the parcel and it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Duties & Taxes
For Canadian orders, sales tax will be charged according to the province of delivery at the time of purchase.
For international orders there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that the Mahari team does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Items lost or returned to us as a result of unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
