Where are you based?
We are based & ship our parcels from Surrey BC, Canada.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront. Designs are sold online at www.maharicollection.com and at our pop-up shop events. Follow us on Instagram @maharicollection or sign up to our newsletter (at the bottom of our homepage) for details on upcoming pop-up shops.
Do I have to purchase the whole look?
Images on the website may show a full look for styling purposes. However, most of our designs are priced individually so you can have fun mixing & matching to build your outfit how you like!
Do you sell ready to wear items?
Yes, all styles listed on the website are ready-to-wear pieces. This means they are in stock ready to be shipped out.
How can I purchase an item that is sold out?
Most of our designs are limited edition so once sold out we rarely restock a design. Therefore, if you see something you love we recommend purchasing early to ensure product availability. For certain styles we may be able to order in a sold-out size, please email us to inquire.
How do you accept payment?
Our website currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club and Discover.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges and unfortunately cannot cancel an order once processed.
Do you create custom designs?
We are not currently offering a custom design service.
How do I take care of my Mahari pieces?
Keep clothing hanging in a protective garment bag. We recommend using a clothing steamer to remove creases as a quick and safe method for our fabrics. In the case of garment stains it is always best to remove them as soon as you can. As our pieces are often hand embellished we advise dry cleaning to ensure a thorough and gentle clean.
We recommend keeping our clutches in the dust bags provided. Gently spot treat any stains on the fabric as soon as they occur.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Check our shipping policy for more information.
How quickly will I get my order?
Studio pick up orders are generally ready the next business day. All shipped parcels will arrive within 10 business days depending on location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping within Canada & the US. Express shipments will arrive in 1-3 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, select "Studio Pick Up" at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up with the exact studio location and pick up instructions. We are based in Surrey, BC. Orders are generally ready for curb-side pick up the next business day.
Sizing
How does your sizing work?
Our sizes range from XS-3XL. Please refer to our sizing charts for information on how to select a size.
How much skin will show when I wear a lengha?
As our blouses increase in size, so does the length. The top lengths start at 13.5" and go up to 18" across our sizes XS to 3XL. Our skirts are made to sit high-waisted (above the belly button), so on most people there is little skin shown. For a clear visualisation, measure your selected top length on your body and see where it falls on your waist in relation to your skirt.
Do your pieces have extra fabric for alterations?
All tops have up to 3 inches of extra fabric in the side seams for alterations. Also, most tops are designed with a centre back opening allowing for easier alterations.
Skirts have 3 hook fastenings and drawstring ties in the waist but do not have extra fabric for alterations.
What can I do if my size is sold out?
The product description will include the following if a size can be ordered in - "Pre-order: If your size is sold out please email us to order it in (allow 3-6 weeks for production & delivery)."
Alternatively if your preferred size is sold out we would recommend sizing up and altering the piece to your size.
