Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront. Designs are sold exclusively online at www.maharicollection.com and at our pop-up shop events. Follow us on Instagram @maharicollection for details on upcoming pop-up shops.
Do I have to purchase the whole look?
Images on the website may show a full look for styling purposes. However, most of our designs are priced individually so you can have fun mixing & matching to build your outfit how you like!
How do I know which size to select?
Our sizes range from XS-3XL. Please refer to our sizing chart for more information. We recommend measuring your bust and waist and selecting the closest size from our size chart. As sizes may vary slightly per design, we also encourage you to check the size information in the product description section. Please note our skirts are made to sit high-waisted.
My size is sold out?
For certain styles we are able to order in a sold out size for you. Please contact us for any inquiries. Alternatively if your preferred size is sold out we would recommend sizing up and altering the piece to your size.
Do you sell ready to wear items?
Yes, all the styles listed on the website are ready-to-wear pieces. This means they are in stock ready to be purchased and shipped out.
How can I purchase an item that is sold out?
Most of our designs are limited edition so once sold out we rarely restock a design. Therefore, if you see something you love we recommend purchasing early to ensure product availability.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Parcels arrive within 3-10 business days depending on location. Check our shipping policy for more information.
Is there room for alterations in your pieces?
Yes most pieces have up to 3 inches of fabric in the seams for alterations. Also, most tops are designed with a centre back opening allowing for easier alterations. If you would like to know the alteration allowance for a specific piece please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges and unfortunately cannot cancel an order once processed.
How do you accept payment?
Our website currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your purchase will be charged in Canadian dollars.
How do I take care of my Mahari pieces?
To maintain a good condition of your Mahari garments, keep them hanging up in a garment bag. We advise using a clothing steamer to remove creases as a quick & safe method for our fabrics. In the case of garment stains it is always best to remove them as soon as you can. As our pieces are often hand embellished we advise dry cleaning to ensure a thorough and gentle clean.
Where is the clothing made?
All pieces are made in India.
Do you create custom designs?
We are not currently offering a custom design service.
